BA/MA Program in History

The BA/MA program allows BA students to take up to 9 credits in History at the MA-level.  Students will pay undergraduate tuition rates for these courses.  Admission to the program provides the student with automatic entrance into the MA program and allows them to complete the MA degree more quickly, sometimes within just one year.  History majors at the upper sophomore or junior level with a GPA of 3.3 or higher in their History courses are strongly encouraged to apply.  Admission requires a minimum 3.0 overall GPA.

For application instructions, contact the Director of Graduate Studies, Professor Grace Davie,
