Introduction to Tropical Marine Biology

This course is a general introduction to tropical marine ecosystems and their inhabitants. The field study course consists of three field trips to different habitats. (One day field trip and two overnight field trips).
The objectives of these visits are to better understand the topics covered in the lectures such as: General Oceanography, Tropical Oceans, Coral Reefs, Mangrove Ecosystems, Grass Bed Ecosystems, Invertebrates and Tropical Marine Conservation.
