All employees who are exempt from New York State taxes must complete an IT-2104-E form by April 30 each year to continue in exempt status.

All exempt employees must update Federal W4 form by February 15 each year.

All monthly leave statements must be received in the Office of Human Resources by the fifth of each month.

The Social Security Administration has announced that the 2008 Social Security wage base is $102,000. As in prior years, there is no limit on wages subject to Medicare tax (1.45%).
