Visit your online self-service center to view your account. It is strongly suggested that you pay your bill online, as we are expecting long lines at the Bursar's Office. If paying by check, you can also take advantage of our drop-off boxes located within the front doors of Jefferson Hall and outside the Bursar’s Office in JH200. Payment online by credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Discover) will incur a nonrefundable 2.65% convenience fee. Payment by electronic fund transfer (e-check) is available with no charge to the student.
If you are a financial aid student, you are required to pay the difference between the anticipated aid appearing on your account and your tuition and fee bill. If the anticipated aid appearing on your account covers your entire bill, no payment is due. If you choose not to attend classes, YOU must drop your courses before the first day of class to avoid any liability.

Welcome to the Office of the Bursar
The Bursar’s Office collects payments and cancels registrations. Credit card payments (MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) are handled through CUNYfirst (please note: a 2.65% nonrefundable convenience fee is charged for all credit card transactions). An e-check payment from your checking or savings account is available at no charge. Follow the payment instructions in the schedule of classes and in the Bursar's Information Letter; please do not mail cash.
The Bursar's Office has gone paperless!
Tuition bills are no longer mailed to students. An email will be sent to your QC account informing you of the due date of your bill, based on when you registered. This notice will direct you to CUNYfirst to view your bill.
If you do not have a Queens College email account, go to
CAMS and register for one immediately.
