CP510 - Transitioning to Microsoft Office 2016
This course is designed for those who are familiar with previous versions of Microsoft Office and wish to discover the software's newest features to manage, organize, present, and distribute information. We will explore new and enhanced features that are common across all Office 2016 applications through exercises in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. Bridge the gap from your previous to the latest release of this powerful productivity suite. (10 hours)

CP511 - Microsoft Word 2016 Level 1
This course covers Microsoft Word 2016 fundamentals. Familiarize yourself with the interface to become more adept at creating documents using this popular word processing software. Learn to format text and paragraphs to create a document the way you want it to look. Be more efficient with the repetitive operation functions which save time and effort. Discover how lists and tables can help provide valuable information in a more visually appealing manner. See how graphic objects and images can enhance your document. (10 hours)

CP512 - Microsoft Word  2016Level 2 (to be offered Summer 2017)
In this course, you will learn to create, modify, and customize complex documents. Learn o organize content using tables and charts. Effectively use styles and themes to visually enhance your documents quickly. Find out how templates can save you time in creating visually stunning documents. Understand how to control document flow and manage longer documents to simplify your workflow. Discover how to use mail merge to create letters, envelopes, and labels. (10 hours)

CP513 - Microsoft Excel 2016 Level 1
This course will help you set up and develop Excel worksheets and workbooks in order to work with and analyze the data. Learn how to use and create a spreadsheet. Uncover the mystery of performing calculations on a worksheet so that you can get the results you need. Learn to format and modify your worksheets so they are easier to understand and visually appealing. Understand how to manage workbooks as more than a group of worksheets. (12 hours)

CP514 - Microsoft Excel 2016 Level 2 (to be offered Summer 2017)
In this course, you will learn to work with functions to perform calculations in your worksheets. Discover how to analyze your data to create more meaningful worksheets. Learn how to summarize your data using charts and pivot tables so that the information provided on your worksheets is simpler to understand. (10 hours)

CP515 - Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 (to be offered Fall 2017)
Upon completing this course, you will be able to create and deliver engaging multimedia presentations that convey the key points of your message through text, graphics, and animations. Learn what PowerPoint is and how you can use it. See how to incorporate graphic images to your presentations to enhance your message. Discover tools such as tables and charts used to incorporate data into your presentations. Learn how prepare to deliver your presentation. (12 hours)

CP516 - Microsoft Access 2016 (to be offered Fall 2017)
In today’s information age, data is constantly surrounding us, and everyone needs to manage it. In this course, you will use Microsoft Access 2016 to manage your data through skills such as creating a new database; constructing tables; designing forms and reports; and creating queries to join, filter, and sort data. Learn how to use forms to make it easier to view, access, and input data into your database. Create and format custom reports to allow a better understanding of the data that you have collected. (12 hours)
