The Care and Concern Team
The Care and Concern Team plays a vital role in identifying and assisting students who may be facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
Online Reporting Form: https://qc.cuny.edu/care
(Reports received via the form are the most effective way to collaborate and support our students)
All reports are handled privately and reviewed promptly to determine the best course of action. Early notification is key, and your referrals help us connect individuals with the appropriate resources before challenges escalate.
