Welcome to the Office of the Bursar
The Bursar Office’s primary function is tuition revenue collection. Our mission is to maintain the integrity of student financial records while providing timely and accessible financial account information to the campus community. In support of Queens College’s mission to prepare students to become upstanding citizens, the Bursar’s Office in collaboration with other student-facing offices provides exceptional customer service while assisting students to meet their financial obligations.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Bursar, the Provisional Finance Accountant Assistant will be primarily responsible for managing and maintaining third-party student accounts – billing and payments, responding to student related inquiries and acting as a liaison for external organizations.

Location: Jefferson Hall RM 200
Students may reach us via email Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm to answer any questions and concerns relating to their account, refunds, vouchers, etc.
Bursar’s Office In-Person Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 9:30am – 4:30pm
Friday, 9:30am – 1:00pm
The Bursar’s Office will close at 2:00pm:
