NATIONAL STUDENT EXCHANGE (NSE)

OPEN TO QUEENS COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY who meet the Eligibility Requirements.

 

 

Every year, through the National Student Exchange program, approximately 3,500 students take advantage of the opportunity to discover and explore America. NSE encompasses nearly 200 colleges and universities in the following locations:

 

  • U.S.
  • Canada
  • Guam
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
INFORMATION FOR QUEENS COLLEGE STUDENTS
Eligibility

NSE Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Must be enrolled full-time at Queens College
  • Be in good standing (academic, financial, social/behavioral)
  • No incomplete grades
  • Meet any additional requirements of your home campus
  • Meet any additional GPA or academic requirements of your host campus
  • Must not be on probation, parole or have any pending legal judgements
  • First-semester transfer students are eligible.

October 25th, 2025

Application
Students with in interest in participating in the National Student Exchange should first explore the NSE Website and become familiar with the schools and courses offered. Once you have done so, you may come to the Study Abroad Office and speak with the NSE Coordinator, who will explain how the Queens College Application works.

Please be sure to do your research ahead of time.

How to Order a Queens College Transcript

Follow these instructions

      • See: How to Order an Official Transcript through Parchment -> Current Students

Fee: ~$10 (Unfortunately, we are unable to waive this fee)

Please find out if your university would like an electronic transcript or a hard copy transcript first.

    • Kindly make sure to input the correct information, otherwise you will have to order another transcript.
    • To order a hard copy: “Choose option sending to another individual, and then on the next screen look at the top and choose option print & mail”
