Meet the Director

Dear Student,

reneeI am so thrilled that you are considering the Social Sciences Honors program.
Whether your goal after graduation is to attend graduate school or to find employment, our outstanding HSS faculty and your fellow students will help you to develop the valuable skills and networks that you’ll need.

Our faculty conducts groundbreaking research, and working with HSS students on these exciting projects is an integral part of what we do. Students who graduate with Honors in the Social Sciences leave Queens College with a comprehensive understanding of the world and their impact on the issues that matter to them most. And, with our small class sizes and lively discussions, students build a professional and personal network of dedicated peers that last for years after graduation.

I hope you will come and talk with me about how to obtain Honors in the Social Sciences. My door is always open.

Best regards,

Robin Rogers, Ph.D
