 Wi-Fi Project Status Update

 

​Fully executed Purchase Order was sent to the vendor on Wednesday, 1/15/2020 from the Purchasing Office for the Queens College Cisco Infrastructure and Wireless Modernization.​

Approved by the Board of Trustees of the City University of New York on Thursday December 5th 2019. The next step would be to issue a Purchase Order.

The solicitation was released on Wednesday November 6th and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City University of New York on Friday November 15th. Completed.

SOW was reviewed by CUNY CIS and will be released by Purchasing – 11/5/2019 - Completed.
Major Internet access renovations will be underway when ITS begins the Campus wide Wi-Fe Upgrade Project with the goal of improving wireless access in all locations across campus. The proposed deployment plan is as follows;
