Sunyoung Graves, Violin, Orchestra
Violinist and teaching artist Sunyoung Graves advocates for an inclusive community through her contributions to music performance and education. She has served as a concertmaster and appeared as a soloist with various orchestras and ensembles, including Queens Oratorio Society, Queensborough Symphony, Pusan Philharmonic Orchestra, Pusan Youth Philharmonic, and others. She has appeared in recitals across Asia and the United States, including her New York debut recital at Weill Hall Carnegie Hall, presented by Artist International’s Special Presentation Series.

Sunyoung holds a Master of Music in Violin Performance from Mannes College of Music and an Advanced Certificate in Music Education from Aaron Copland School of Music. She has served as an adjunct lecturer at CUNY and is currently a teaching artist at Midori & Friends, a director of orchestra at Long Island Public Schools and preparatory orchestra at ECPSM Queens College.
