The aims of this course are to develop understanding of cross-cultural diversity, to acquire high cross-cultural competence, to develop problem-solving skills, and to successfully manage conflict situations based on cross-cultural misunderstanding. Learn how to work effectively with a diverse range of people in a global environment that continuously presents new challenges.
