ITS Help Desk

The ITS Help Desk provides technology support to Queens College students, faculty, staff and guests

HELP DESK HOURS - WINTER 2018-2019
   Monday - Friday  9:00am to 5:00pm




Help Desk respond to issues regarding:

    • QC Username
    • MyMail (Faculty & Staff)
    • Blackboard
    • Office 365 (Students)
    • CUNYfirst
    • Citizen CUNYPortal
    • QC wireless access
    • Hardware (QC owned only)
    • Software (QC installed)
    • Virus removal
    • Computer updates

Technical support for all QC students, faculty and staff is provided via following  the following:

All service desk tickets are managed by our Call Management System (CA Service Desk). Customers will be given a call number, followed by an email with the call details once the request for service is entered in the system. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
