Filing Deadlines for Students to Submit the Graduation Application
Conferral & Processing Timeline
Only students who have met all requirements for graduation will be conferred. Your conferral date is the official graduation date on your transcript and diploma. Your degree will be processed and posted to your CUNYfirst account by Degree Audit Division within 10-14 weeks after the conferral date.
All undergraduate and graduate students, including those graduate students in certificate programs, must apply for graduation via their CUNYfirst Student Center for Fall and Spring and Summer.
Winter Applicants should complete the Winter Graduation form and submit it to QCHub@qc.cuny.edu

* Undergraduate students applying for summer graduation must file a graduation application by April 1 to have their name included in the Commencement Program Booklet. The Commencement Ceremony is held only once a year—at the end of the SPRING semester. If you do NOT file by April 1, you can still take part in the ceremony; however, your name will appear in next year's program.
