Honors and Awards
The Baccalaureate Honors Convocation is a ceremony for students who have earned academic distinction.
If you are eligible for any honors, prizes, or awards, you will be notified directly by your department and/or the College Committee on Honors & Awards. Notification will be sent to students' home addresses on record in early May.

Requirements for Graduation with General College Honors* (Based on the scholastic average of a minimum of 60 credits taken at Queens College and the prior term cumulative GPA.)
Students who entered as transfer students and have taken at least 45 credits with letter grades (A, B, C, D, F) at Queens College may be given honors if their grade point average on the basis of work done only at Queens College meets the requirements, as does their cumulative grade point average including work done at previous institutions. |

*Honors are not calculated for graduate students. |
