Welcome Day is a fun-filled event for students starting their academic journey at QC. Our annual Welcome Day celebration is put together for our future graduates and is filled with activities, ensuring different opportunities for students to meet new people, connect with departments and join the Queens College community!

We invite our newest Knights to join us in the traditional ceremony to march through the main gate symbolizing the endless doors and opportunities that will open throughout your journey here at QC.

The day is action packed with activities including the opportunity for all incoming new students to be formally greeted by the college President and administrators, icebreakers, lunch, new students get to reconnect with their Orientation Leaders and more.  This event also includes a FREE concert with mainstream artists! This concert is open to all QC students. Past artists at QC include: Fivio, DJ Envy, Waka Flocka Flame and more. 

At Welcome Day, students forge life-long friendships that will last throughout their college years and beyond.
