As partners in your education, we offer you a centralized location where the customer service and enrollment-related functions of the Financial Aid and Registrar offices are provided with relative ease. You can come to us for any questions or problems you may have regarding financial aid, registration, student records, or student financials.
By using a holistic and proactive approach to customer service, the staff will have the ability to solve a student’s current issue as well as identify potential ones. The QC Hub will provide full-service options, which typically include phone, email support, live chat, in-person services, appointments, and self-service.
