 Counseling Services

For information about the Peer Program contact Nancy Leighton at or fill out this form

Thank you for your interest in the Peer Program. We hope that our brochure and this letter will answer many of your questions about the program and the screening process. You are strongly advised to attend our Open House. At these times, the screening process will be thoroughly described and discussed and all your questions will be answered.

Applications are being accepted through. In order to apply, you must have achieved lower sophomore status. Only students who have a 2.5 cumulative index will be considered. Also, please note that a continuous two-semester commitment to the program is required.

After your first screening, you may be asked for a second interview with the administrative director of the Peer Program and me. Only after successfully completing both interviews will you be invited to join the Peer Program, which admits approximately twenty students each semester.
