Welcome to the website for the Queens College Office of Compliance and Diversity Programs (OCDP).
The director of the OCDP reports to the President of the college and serves as the Chief Diversity Officer, Title IX coordinator, a 504/ADA coordinator and domestic violence awareness and prevention coordinator for Queens College. The director also serves on various campus committees, including the Queens College Council on Diversity.

Ensuring compliance with the university's policies and procedures regarding searches, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, discrimination prevention including sexual harassment prevention and domestic violence awareness and prevention.
- Affirmative Action Plans and Reports
Preparing the college's annual Affirmative Action Plan and related reports as mandated by the university.
- Training
Providing on-campus information and training regarding discrimination prevention, including sexual harassment prevention.
- Discrimination Complaints
Investigating student and employee complaints regarding discrimination, including sexual harassment.
- Diversity Outreach Initiatives
Serving as the college's liaison to local, national and international organizations that address discrimination prevention and workforce diversity.
Consulting and coordinating with academic and administrative departments to increase workforce diversity and eliminate under-representation of females and minorities (Blacks/African-Americans, Asians/Pacific Islanders, Hispanics and Italian-Americans)
