Dion Vangelatos is a New York City-based entrepreneur and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Queens College degree and New York State certification. Joining Chip City Cookies as partner and CFO in 2021, he has fueled the Astoria-born brand—famous for its 5.5-ounce warm, gooey cookies—to explosive growth, now boasting 53 locations nationwide.

As a co-founder, Dion is also building innovative concepts: Ninjabear, a fitness brand centered on guided, high-energy training; Somedays Bakery, a French-inspired viennoiserie destination with oversized croissants and premium La Colombe coffee, now at five locations; and Massis, a health-focused sandwich shop committed to seed oil-free ingredients. Blending financial precision with bold creative vision, Dion transforms everyday experiences into scalable, community-driven brands.
