Accounting 100 provides an introduction and overview of general accounting principles for non-accounting majors.

Students will learn how to analyze financial statements and create budgets using Excel.

By the end of the course, students will have a basic understanding of the accounting process and how financial reports prepared are used to make informed business decisions.

Accounting practices are constantly evolving to meet current market demands and real company examples will be used to supplement the course material as applicable.
