Philadelphia Nanny Network: Philadelphia Nanny Network (PNN) has been serving families as a trusted nanny agency since 1985, by providing the best nannies & babysitters. For the last couple of decades, PNN has been a top provider of Corporate Backup Care & Onsite Event Care. Their team is currently looking to hire nannies as part of their Elite Nanny Program, providing both part time and full-time hours, depending on availability.
Full-Time or Part-Time Elite Nanny (Up to $22 per hour)
Live Wire Electric: a Staten Island–based construction management and electrical contracting firm, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join their team. This role provides direct mentorship from leadership, offering a clear growth path toward advanced project accounting and controller responsibilities.
Key Details: Open to CUNY seniors and recent graduates with a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Responsibilities:
AP management: full-cycle invoice processing, approvals, payments, vendor terms
AR & cash-flow forecasting: coordinate expected receipts; map revenue to pay-when-paid vendors and overhead
Project accounting: weekly job-cost reconciliations, cost-to-complete updates, WIP schedule maintenance
QuickBooks reconciliations: weekly/monthly bank, credit card, AP/AR, payroll clearing
Close support: provide accurate schedules and documentation to the accounting team
Skills: Solid Excel (lookups, pivots), familiarity with QuickBooks (or similar), detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn construction/project accounting.
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 (DOE), plus benefits.
Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Staten Island with periodic job-site visits.
