Computer Labs & Printing
Our labs are temporarily closed due to COVID. The Help Desk also manages the Computer Labs that provide students, staff, and faculty with access to computers, essential software, and printing services (with a valid QCard). Printing is available in all labs for users with a valid Queens College User ID and Queens College ID card. They are conveniently located across the Queens College campus. Click

Google Suite (formerly Google Apps for Education)
Queens College has a G Suite for Education environment, for use by QC students, faculty, and staff. With G Suite, you can create documents and websites, store and share files, create and share calendars, and much more. Using QC G Suite has some advantages over using regular Google Apps (including unlimited Google Drive storage space), and gives you access to some specialized software not available on the public Google Apps environment. Visit
CTL for more information.
Office 365
Office 365 is the Queens College student email system, provided by Microsoft Office 365. This service is a building-block in providing feature-rich set of tools for collaboration using Microsoft cloud-based products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It is available to currently enrolled Undergraduate, Graduate, and Non-Degree registered students.
