Templates for Undergraduate Curriculum Committee Proposals
Please use the following proposal templates when making curricular changes intended for consideration by the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee:
All curricular change proposals intended for consideration by the UCC should be submitted via the online QC Undergraduate Curriculum Committee Proposal Submission Form at least one week before a scheduled UCC meeting.
