Lunch & Learn with Jennie Friedman

The QC Career Design Lab hosted a Lunch & Learn program on April 23 with Jennie Friedman,  KPMG Audit Partner & QC Alumna.

With over 25 years of experience, Jennie provides audit services to global companies in industries like technology and media. She specializes in OCAOB standards, US GAAP, and SEC regulations, with expertise in managing audit engagements, resolving complex issues, and handling IPOS, M&As, and SEC filings. Jennie is also a graduate of CUNY, Queens College.

Jennie shared her experience over lunch with a full classroom of students on what it is like to work at the big 4, her personal career journey, and advice on what it takes to build a successful career as an accounting major. Prior to participating, students were required to attend a preparatory session with career coaches at the School of Business.
