Degrees and Programs

Major

There are three paths to the major in Comparative Literature: the Area Studies Track, the Foreign Language Track, and the Global Cultural Studies Track, which does not require foreign language classes. All three paths consist of 12 courses totaling 36 credits.

Minor

The Minor track consists from 5 courses totalling 15 credits.

Declaring Comparative Literature as a Major or Minor

Complete the Declaration of Major Form following their instructions. (this applies to Majors and Minors).

After completing and printing out the form you must bring the form to the department (located at Queens Hall 270C) to have it signed by the Chair and then submit it to the QC Hub for processing.​
