Biography
My name is Elena Butuzova and I am currently the Arts, Design, and Media Studies Adjunct Librarian at the Rosenthal Library and the Collections Assistant for the Godwin-Ternbach Museum in Queens, College, City University of New York. I hold two Masters degrees in Library Science and History, as well as a certification in Archives and preservation, from Queens College, City University of New York. I also have a Bachelors dual-degree in History and Art History from Plattsburgh State University of New York. My personal research interests extend to Russian and Ukrainian folklore, specifically related to Gulag studies, criminal groups, and the function of tattoos.
