HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN QC IN 4:
- Enroll as a freshman for the Fall 2019 semester at Queens College.
- Ensure that you have completed the proper high school coursework to pursue your chosen field of study. (For example, to be calculus-ready your first semester if you intend to enroll in a STEM or business-related program.)
- Attend our new student orientation and meet with an academic advisor to plan your courses.
- Sign up for 15 credits in the Fall semester, and prepare to take a total of 30 credits per year. Students will have the option to attend summer and/or winter session, and to apply the course credit count toward the 30 credits needed per year.
- Be interested in pursuing a bachelor's degree. Enrollment in non-degree, non-academic professional and public programs or other off-campus programs does not qualify.

Please note that the Fall 2020 withdrawal deadline has been extended to Saturday, December 19th.

foreseeable future. If you are continuing student, please download the QC Navigate App at Navigate.qc.cuny.edu to schedule a virtual appointment.
If you are unable to find anavailable appointment, please check Navigate routinely as more appointments may become available.
All appointments
reserved through QC Navigate are for continuing students. All new incoming
students are invited to sign-up for a Virtual Freshman and Transfer Advising
Session via Hobsons. Please check your emails (including Junk and Spam folders)
for your invitation and sign-up via the link in the email. If you have not
received an invitation please contact the New Student phone line at
718-997-5573. You can also access our New Student Live Chat for further
assistance. We look forward to virtually meeting you soon!
Please note all
academic advising sessions are virtual and advisors email you all the
advising documents as well as other instructions prior to the session. Please
always check your student email including the SPAM FOLDER as well as any other
personal emails that are listed as preferred in CUNYfirst for a
detailed message from your advisor.
