Major

At least 38 credits, including (13 credits):

  • DANCE 350. Time and the Dancing Image in the U.S. I
  • DANCE 351. Time and the Dancing Image in the U.S. II
  • DANCE 259. Analysis of Dance Movement
  • DANCE 173. Choreography I
  • DANCE 290. Practicum in Technical Theatre

Plus three courses from each of the following groups (18 credits; 6 credits per group):

Group 1:

  • DANCE 160, 260, 360. Modern Dance I, II, III
  • DANCE 161, 261, 361. Ballet I, II, III

Group 2:

  • DANCE 162, 262. Dance Techniques of Africa I, II
  • DANCE 163, 263. Dance Techniques of the Caribbean I, II

Group 3:
