City view from Queens College.

The Risk Management Program is an inter-disciplinary graduate program at Queens College. Our full-time faculty come from several departments across campus: Economics/Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Environmental Science. Other faculty members are practitioners with years of experience in investment banking, accounting, insurance, and other risk-related fields. Students benefit from a diverse mix of theory and practical knowledge that our excellent group of faculty brings to the classroom.

Additionally, many of our classes incorporate projects that give students experience with the latest technology. We have Bloomberg terminals and Moody’s iESG economic simulation software on campus. You will learn to use Microsoft Excel efficiently and learn to code in VBA, R, and/or Python. You will gain invaluable exposure to these tools and others, making you immediately more productive in your career.
