Our mission is to prepare our school of business students with the skills necessary to compete in today’s workforce. Through innovative coaching and co curriculum workshops, we empower students to design and navigate meaningful careers in a global and evolving workplace.
We believe in empowering students to build lifelong career skills, to hold themselves accountable, and to take ownership over their careers.

The Career Design Lab supports undergrad students from the Queens College School of Business with on-line and in person career readiness master classes, individualized career coaching sessions by appointment only that cover your overall career assessment, internship & job search strategies, personal branding, and mastering the art of the interview.
Wherever you are in your career journey, the Career Design Lab team is here to support you in all phases of career development.

Current Master’s Degree Program Students
One-on-one appointments are available by appointment through the QC Navigate appointment calendars. Coaches are assigned to specific degree programs and will provide one-on-one coaching sessions.

The Career Design Lab supports School of Business alumni for up to 1 year after graduation from Queens College School of Business.
