I helped develop the Career Readiness Masterclass based on my years of experience working on Wall Street and the lessons I learned throughout my career. The goal is to give students practical guidance they can apply beyond the classroom. Students who participate have the opportunity to strengthen their professional confidence, better understand their skills, improve how they present themselves to employers, expand their networks, and become more prepared for interviews and the transition into the workforce.
